I totaled my daily calories and my dinner ended up being worth a lot more than I thought it would. I went over my daily allowance but not by much but it also means that I pretty much negated my work out earlier. How often do you all work out? I was thinking work out for two days, rest one day, and then repeat. It’ll average out to about 5 days a week of working out. Does that sound about right? More? Less? What do you guys do? And what exercises do you do? :)

Much better today
I went to the gym and feel so much better. I really whooped my ass although I didn’t do as much cardio as I originally planned (30min instead of 40) but I did lots of weights, ab work, and stretching so I’m happy with that. I totally failed today
So today was a friend’s birthday celebration and we went downtown to celebrate. I ate like hell, dessert and all, and drank like a good 5 beers. Light beers, but 5 beers. I’m kind of ashamed.
