Well I lost the 2lbs I gained since I started this blog so I’m back down to 181lbs. I think starting out was a bit rough because I wasn’t accurate in what I should be eating. I totaled my daily calories and my dinner ended up being worth a lot more than I thought it would. I went over my daily allowance but not by much but it also means that I pretty much negated my work out earlier. Looks like I’m going to have to be more conservative in my caloric estimates and also tomorrow is not going to be a rest day. Definitely hitting the gym again. Now I really see why I...
I'm curious
How often do you all work out? I was thinking work out for two days, rest one day, and then repeat. It’ll average out to about 5 days a week of working out. Does that sound about right? More? Less? What do you guys do? And what exercises do you do? :)
Today was a good day
Today’s been a good day so far too. Eating has been good so far and went and worked out again. I always feel so energized after a good workout. I weighed myself this morning and I gained half a pound from yesterday but I’m hoping that it was due to muscle gain from working out for the first time in a long time yesterday.

Much better today
I went to the gym and feel so much better. I really whooped my ass although I didn’t do as much cardio as I originally planned (30min instead of 40) but I did lots of weights, ab work, and stretching so I’m happy with that. Can’t wait to go again tomorrow!
My eating today as been a lot better too. Oatmeal and OJ for breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs on a slice of WW toast for lunch...

I totally failed today
So today was a friend’s birthday celebration and we went downtown to celebrate. I ate like hell, dessert and all, and drank like a good 5 beers. Light beers, but 5 beers. I’m kind of ashamed. I’m glad I got the binge out of my system though. Quite frankly I’m proud of the fact that I went to the casino and didn’t smoke a single cigarette while everyone around me was....
