Let's do it
So I’m starting my weight loss today. I joined a gym the other day but it doesn’t open until tomorrow so I can’t start working out yet. So far so good today with the eating. Cravings have been kind of high though. I also recently quit smoking so that probably isn’t helping. I’m just ready to be healthier overall; everyone in my family has had serious health problems...
