Well I recovered since the holiday in terms of my eating and my weight. Today’s eating was much more sensible and I plan on going to the gym once my stomach settles. Progress is as it should be :)
breakfast
1/2c old-fashioned oats
3/4c strawberry slices
1/4c blueberries
2c coffee

3fl oz chobani FF vanilla greek yogurt
palm full lowfat granola
