so being that i gained 5.5lbs over the last 3 days, i decided to take before pics of myself @179.5lbs in hopes that it’ll motivate me to drop those extra lbs and then some, no sucking in or anything. i’ve thought about posting them but i’m really embarrassed but in a sense that’s kind of what i want so that way i work hard at it. good idea? or should i make a prog blog?...
