Just got back from the gym
Didn’t go as hard as I wanted to. Well I take that back, my body felt a lot more sensitive to my cardio. Here’s what I did:
3/28: back and shoulders
3.14mi in 35min on an elliptical
20 lateral raises with 7.5lbs in each hand
20 shoulder presses with 10lbs in each hand
20 front raises on each arm with 7.5lbs in each hand
20 jumping back with 5lbs in each hand

I've been neglecting this hardcore lately
But I’ve been relatively good! I binged a lot on St. Patty’s (come on who didn’t?) but other than that I’ve done pretty well. I’ve been to the gym the last two days in a row and have plans to keep going wed-fri this week.
My workouts:
3/26: abs, butt, and legs
3.4mi in 35min on an elliptical
20 squats w/ 10lbs
20 lunges total w/ 10lbs
20 bicycles on each side
