I've been neglecting this hardcore lately
But I’ve been relatively good! I binged a lot on St. Patty’s (come on who didn’t?) but other than that I’ve done pretty well. I’ve been to the gym the last two days in a row and have plans to keep going wed-fri this week.
My workouts:
3/26: abs, butt, and legs
3.4mi in 35min on an elliptical
20 squats w/ 10lbs
20 lunges total w/ 10lbs
20 bicycles on each side
