Hi, I'm Sarah. I've been overweight since I was 9 years old and it seems like I've always been on a diet. Since I graduated college in Dec 2010, I've been on the path to change my lifestyle instead.

I'm 26, from Detroit, and trying to figure my life out after college.

omg this is so true. i just have to remember this and not give up entirely after a couple or a few bad days.  in comparison with all the good days i’ve been having, i KNOW i can do this.
