20 bicep curls for each arm @ 7.5lbs

16 girl push ups
The chest presses didn’t work my chest so much but my arms felt it. Next time I’ll try a more centralized move. I originally was going to do 15 push ups (which was a struggle) but I pushed for one more. I pictured Jillian Michaels yelling at me to do one more lol. My arms feel like jello but it was a great workout. Now off to eat a banana and have one of the best showers ever lol.
I realized while working out that I never made any actual goals for 2012. I’ll post them once I have them figured out.
